We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Digital Marketing & Growth Manager Location: Lagos Employment Type: Freelance. Job Objective The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving leads, sales and customer acquisition through digital channels for Edusuite.
Tasks and Responsibilties: Oversee paid campaigns (Meta Google) Work with external ad specialists Optimize performance weekly Lead Generation: Ensure steady flow of qualified leads Improve cost per lead Launch new campaigns CRM & Sales Alignment: Manage lead flow into Zoho One Ensure all leads are followed up Track conversion rates Website & Store Performance: Improve conversion rates Optimize product pages Work with developers if needed Content Coordination: Plan weekly content Supervise content creator Ensure brand consistency Reporting: Weekly performance report: Leads Cost per lead Sales from digital channels KPI (Non-Negotible) Leads per week Cost per lead Conversion rate Revenue from digital Required Skills and Qualifications 1–3 years experience in digital marketing Strong understanding of: Paid ads Funnels CRM systems Data-driven mindset Execution-focused.
